Greetings,
At approximately 11am on Tuesday a small group of Tuesday Birders observed a lively chestnut sided warbler where Clear Creek crosses Kipling. This was on the west end of Anderson Park in Jefferson County. We did not see the bird eat anything, but it did seem to be actively looking. The bird spent about 15-20 minutes in several trees on the north side of the creek before crossing the creek to the south and then it flew to the west side of Kipling, on the south side of the creek. We lost track of the bird there and did not see it again.
Sorry for the late post.
Mary Keithler, Arapahoe County, near Cherry Creek State Park
