Birders,
this evening while doing yard work, I heard a Yellow-billed Cuckoo call from somewhere below me in the Heritage Dells subdivision near Heritage Rd and Kimball, north of Heritage Square.
Also, we are getting good numbers of Calliope, Broad-tailed and Rufous Hummers at our feeders. The best time is in the evening about 5:00 and after though they are here on and off all day. Just a note, the sun sets here about 1 hour and 20 minutes before Denver.
All are welcome to come up if you want to see the Hummers.
