Rufous-necked Wood Rail was seen around 7:00 Friday evening.
Was seen again this morning at around 6:20 a.m. In addition to this mega-rarity, three Least Bittern, one Green Heron, Virginia Rail, Black-crowned Night Heron, Great Egret and American Avocet were seen from the boardwalk at Bosque del Apache. A great time was had while birding the magical place!
