On my way back from Chico Basin Ranch this morning, where there was nothing too exciting to report, there were three long-billed curlews in the flooded field along Hanover Road that is about 2 miles from the intersection of Old Pueblo Road and Hanover Road. Not the numbers others have been seeing, but . . . .
