[cobirds] White-throated Sparrow & Paired Swainson's Hawks - Arapahoe

This afternoon, while running along the High Line Canal in Centennial, I heard a singing White-throated Sparrow in the brush. Never saw it, but it was nearly the complete song...

This evening, while walking my dogs in the neighborhood in Centennial, a pair of Swainson's Hawks spent time together flying and perched on a transmission tower. I first noticed a Swainson's in the neighborhood on Sunday, so was surprised to see a pair so quickly paired.

First of year Brown-headed Cowbirds and a Broad-tailed Hummingbird (male) on Sunday as well. Local Say's Phoebe calling madly and flying over the neighborhood, too.
