[cobirds] Re: So does anyone else have favorite Avian signs of Spring?

One of mine is the Sandhill Cranes staging in the San Luis Valley on their trek from New Mexico to their nesting grounds.  Their primordial calls take me back to my childhood in the Pleistocene.
