[cobirds] Wild turkeys by the Diagonal between Longmont and Niwot

There were 15 wild turkeys along the Diagonal Highway just east of Bustamante Wood, just west of Airport Road. Left Hand Creek passes just to the north, but I had never seen turkeys so close to Longmont, Niwot or the Diagonal before.

I acknowledge that I live in the territory of Hinóno'éí (Arapaho), Cheyenne and Ute Nations, according to the 1851 Treaty of Fort Laramie, and that Colorado's Front Range is home to many Native peoples.
