Hello, respectfully, my interpretation is traveling to a different region of Colorado is completely allowed, granted it is by oneself and you keep distance between anyone you encounter. Obviously, out of state birding is risky and not recommended at this point. States are considering border closures which would make interstate travel impossible anyway. But I'm pretty sure your allowed to travel anywhere within Colorado (except I believe Gunnison county's borders are closed), just put distance between yourself and others. I think day trips are recommended though. Hotels and campgrounds are mostly closed and would be a risk of acquiring/spreading the virus.
