[cobirds] Some interesting birds in northern Colorado

I'm stuck indoors doing office work this afternoon, but some friends (who are not on Cobirds) have called to report some goodies, so I am passing them on, in case folks are interested:

Caspian Tern - 4 at Horseshoe Lake, Loveland (Larimer), reported by Cole and Heather Wild.

Field Sparrow - 1 at Glenmere Park, west edge of pond (Weld), reported by Judie Wright

Yesterday, Andy Bankert and I observed a tardy Snow Goose (photo below) south of Timnath in a field west of CR 5 (Larimer).

Good birding,

Nick Komar
