The pair of Eurasian Wigeon at the Comanche Power Plant was reported
-- on at least two occasions by a plant employee. I contacted Xcel and
found that one can arrange to have a tour by calling tour manager
Judy Jaramillo at 719-549-3700. I was going to post this on the RBA
but was asked to remove the birds from the RBA. So this is the only
time that I I post this information.
