I am pleased to announce the pre-sale for The Second Colorado Breeding Bird Atlas (Atlas II)! The FULL-COLOR Atlas II is now available ftro pre-order @ $75/book (plus shipping). Atlas II provides a wealth of information on current (and historic) distribution, habitat use, and breeding phenology of Colorado's avifauna. To pre-order your book, follow these steps:
1) Visit the Atlas Website Home Page: www.cobreedingbirdatlasii.org
2) Click on 'PRE-ORDER ATLAS II' to be directed to the Paypal buttons.
3) Choose the "Pick-up option", valid for DENVER (Colorado Parks & Wildlife Headquarters) or DURANGO (location TBD) ONLY! Choose the shipping option if otherwise. Note, a small shipping charge is included for the pick-up option (covers cost of bulk shipping from the printer to Colorado).
The estimated publication date is late September, though this date may change depending on the progress we make over the next few months. Those who pre-order the book will be kept informed via email communication on the progress of publication. Please email wickersham_l@fortlewis.edu with your questions.
