I made a quick visit to Van's Grove in Bent County this morning, after my work transect got quite soggy with this freakish cold drizzle here in the Arkansas Valley. Vans didn't disappoint, because within minutes I had Magnolia Warbler, blackpoll Warbler (both spiffy males), Eastern Phoebe, and even a spiffy male Western Tanager. I looked for more, but I didn't turn up anything.
