[cobirds] Jim Baker Res Red-breasted Mergansers and possible Caspian Tern

Enroute home from a DFO field trip, I stopped at Jim Baker Reservoir and Lake Sangraco. There were 6 Red-breasted Merganser evenly divided male/female on Jim Baker. I also say a large tern flying over the reservoir from the direction of Lake Sangraco. I at first thought it was a gull because of its size. By the time I got my bins on it, it was heading away. It had a black crown and I glimpsed what appeared to be a heavy reddish bill. My impression was of a Caspian Tern, but ID was not certain. Full list below.
