It is a fairly large body of water but the water line is substantially lower than last year. That being said, it has set up enough sand bars on the north side of the reservoir for a group of at least 40 American white pelicans. The other waterfowl and diving birds included:
Several pairs of Common Goldeneye, bufflehead, lesser scaup, horned grebe, 1 pair of ruddy duck and 1 pair of northern pintail.
I was thinking it is one of the thrushes but does anyone have any ideas about this bird?:
