At 9:30 this morning Dick Roth sent the following message referring to an area in Pueblo County just south of the city: " I observed a pair of Broad-winged Hawks this morning along the access road, just east of the CF&I Ponds and about ½ mile north of the Stem Beach Exit of I-25."
