Hi all, Sorry I got this late. At noon a group of birds flew into
the Chokecherry tree by the kitchen window. Included two Common
Grackles, a male and female, first for
yard and year. Checked out the seed but did not stay.
In afternoon on Kipling St. stopped for traffic I noted on east side
in the small pond south of Clear Creek were two American Avocets
swimming. My first of the year.
At 7 PM still very daylight a healthy Red Fox was seen running
across the street headed north. I think it goes thru at daybreak
before I am up!
Hope to get out more.
