This morning I found a nice male Common Redpoll at Chatfield State Park.
The bird was just east of the marina in the trees at the "base" of the
marina sandspit. The bird was singing and calling a fair amount. Great

The bird was last seen as it flew west from here. We did not attempt to
chase it. The bird was vocalizing from the trees, and would fly to the
ground to feed. When on the ground the vocalizations would stop. There
were several House Finches in the area as well.
