Hi all,
The cold and snowy weather has induced some great birds to show up today at my ground feeding stations. The morning started with a single Grey-crowned rosy finch, 2 of the Harris's Sparrows that have been frequenting the yard for the last three weeks, a single Common Redpoll, along with the usual:
18-22 American Tree Sparrows
1 American Goldfinch
Several Flickers
30ish House Finches
4 Blue Jays
10 Magpies
1 Song Sparrow
1 Mountain Chickadee
An accipter sp. makes frequent passes, scattering all.
Cheers,
