4pm 12-20-12 There is a Ferruginous Hawk hunting the fields just north of the Boulder Reservoir. It is perching on low trees just north of Eagle Trailhead entrance, east side of 51st.
It was observed earlier as Cindy Maynard and I drove our Winter Raptor Survey
route.
