[cobirds] Brown Pelican

All,

Just a reminder that Brown Pelican is on the review list for the CBRC.  There are a quite surprising number of documentations in Colorado: 24 in total.  The first was in 1908, and the second was of a bird sitting on the McDonalds in Limon in 1991 !!
