Wild Bird and Greenwood both welcome calls from the public.
CPW and State Patrol will sometimes respond to reports of injured wildlife. So will local animal control officers. Some rehab facilities have volunteers who help with capture and transport and some don't. Usually, finders need to transport injured and orphaned wildlife to rehabbers/facilities on their own.
That's where Animal Help Now comes in, compiling resources in one place, so you don't have to try to figure out who to call when, especially after hours and on weekends. The site creators work closely with both facilities and individual rehabbers and do not publish information without permission (https://ahnow.org/resources.php#maintocgeneral). It's a fabulous resource and can be used anywhere in the country. They are working to add Canada to the database.
By the way, CPW has a list of Colorado Wildlife Rehabilitation License Holders on their website, along with contact information for them. Looks like their contact information is out there whether they like it or not :( (https://cpw.state.co.us/Documents/RulesRegs/SpecialLicenses/WildlifeRehabilitation/PublicRehabListing.pdf#search=wildlife%20rehabilitators).

--As a volunteer transporter for CPW SE region I've been told that many rehabbers don't want their locations and contact information posted. The recommended process is to call your local Wildlife office and let them make arrangements for transport. Regarding the centers you listed, you might get their permission to post their phone numbers. In Pueblo, the Raptor Center at the Wildlife and Discovery Center (formerly the Nature Center) takes calls from the public. And I believe Second Chance Wildlife Rehab does as well. They both have websites and Facebook pages where you can find their contact information and hours of operation. If you can't reach any of these places, like after hours or weekend, State Patrol will take wildlife emergency calls and get you a wildlife officer or park ranger.Hope this is helpful.Cheers,Margie JoyPueblo WestOn Jun 3, 2021, at 8:35 AM, Diana Beatty <otowi33.33@gmail.com> wrote:Yes, my plan is to save it in the announcements.Diana BeattyEl Paso CountyOn Thu, Jun 3, 2021 at 8:31 AM Gary Brower <grb4914@gmail.com> wrote:Might one of the Administrators of the FB groups "Pin" this information to the top of the Group?Gary BrowerUnincorporated Arapahoe CountyOn Jun 3, 2021, at 8:28 AM, 'Deborah Carstensen' via Colorado Birds <cobirds@googlegroups.com> wrote:I give people theWild Bird Rehab number: (303) 927-7348Greenwood rehab/sanctuary: (303) 823-8455There is the Pueblo raptor rehab, I don't have their number.Deb Carstensen, Arapahoe countySent from my iPhoneOn Jun 3, 2021, at 8:04 AM, Diana Beatty <otowi33.33@gmail.com> wrote:In the CFO and other similar Facebook groups, injured birds are a very common theme and the vast majority of posters do not have information about how to find/contact a local rehabber.
