[cobirds] Colorado Birds Summer Issue is now available online

COBirders,
The Summer Issue of Colorado Birds has been posted to the CFO website and is available to members who are logged in. The printed version will mail in approx. two weeks.

In addition to the latest CFO News, the issue includes a paper about the first documented case of leucism in Black Swifts. Dave Leatherman's always-entertaining column, The Hungry Bird, examines a highly specialized feeding strategy that involves flipping over cowpies, if you can believe it. And Peter Gent has reviewed a new novel from John Vanderpoel, Full Chase Mode, detailing his Big Year in 2011 - a great read!

Best,

Peter Burke
Managing Editor, Colorado Birds
