[cobirds] Pawnee Hummers!/Weld

Hi all

Over the weekend, Rocky Mountain Bee Plant (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/54530356) along roadside was attracting migrating hummingbirds along Weld CR 45. I had two Broad-tailed Hummingbird then a Rufous Hummingbird came swooping in to try and chase off the plant. Got photos of the Broad-tailed. We had two hummer flybys in yard. I had at least 8 Sage Thrasher at Weld CR 41 and 102 t-intersection-area. Two Sandhill Crane on Weld CR 41 north of Weld CR 46 near the shallow pond. The two White-winged Dove appeared for two days in Nunn yard. Plenty of immature Black-crowned Night Heron and two Turkey Vultures at Glenmere Park. If you need Bank Swallow plenty at usual Weld CR 43 and 40 intersection, irrigation ditch nearby. At Weld CR 46 and 43.5 sod farm field was slightly flooded hosting two White-faced Ibis and four Baird's Sandpiper. The Weld CR 45 and 122 playa hosted about a dozen McCown's Longspur. The Weld CR 49 and 122 stream has was water again and hosted a few Greater Yellows. Weld CR 124 pond had yellowlegs and Baird's Sandpipers this trip. Photos at first link below.
