[cobirds] Christmas Bird Count Date changes

All,

I've been informed Barr Lake CBC is now going to be Sunday, 31 December, instead of Saturday, 30 December.  Also, Rawhide Energy Station CBC will now likely be Saturday, 30 December, I think.

I've sent e-mails, trying to get dates for missing CBCs, and haven't got any information yet.
