Saw the Harris's Hawk today, west of the Colorado Welcome Center, off of Prospect. When three people (not me) walked towards it for photos, it did head to the north side of Prospect, and then up Summit to a tree in a homeowner's front yard. Although it doesn't seem to mind cars, it is skittish about people. So, if you go to see it, stay very far away, or view from your car.
It's a beautiful bird!!
