[cobirds] Black-crested Titmouse New Mexico 1st record

Hi all,
I was looking through the ebird rarity photos and found out New Mexico apparently has its first Black-crested Titmouse in Clovis, these last couple weeks. With the recent Red-breasted Sapsucker (which I hope to go see!), I was wondering if New Mexico's record for this species could mean we will eventually get this species. Apparently this species is regular as close as the Amarillo, TX area. This also seems to go for the Carolina Chickadee. So I guess we should all just be on the look out next time we happen to be in the SE corner of Colorado. Just a random thought of mine I found worth sharing.
