[cobirds] Pine warbler follow up - access

As unhappy as the HOA person may be, accessing that particular area and photographing onto their property are not illegal.

I looked it up and that greenbelt is zoned For public use.

While it is polite to ask homeowners if you can photograph anything in view from public property it is not your legal obligation to do so as far as I know.

Absolutely be kind to people, but don't let them try to intimidate you with threats and police. Know your rights.
