Yesterday my Dad and I missed seeing the Snow Bunting at Chatfield, but we found a juvenile Sapsucker actively working the trees by the Marina boat launch restroom area. The top of its head was not uniformly dark, which Sibley's indicates might make it a yellow-bellied sapsucker.
