[cobirds] Colorado CBC Dates (updated)

Hi all,

Here is an update on Colorado Christmas Bird Count (CBC) dates, that
have been entered into the CBC Website. Participants aren't yet
allowed to sign up on the CBC Website, for counts. Likely next week,
that is will open up.
