I banded a HY Rock Wren today, (photos available), only my second at Clear Spring Ranch. Other than that - nothing remarkable EXCEPT a Lincoln's Sparrow that was banded BIRD #2000 for this season at CSR! That is now more birds this August/September than in the last 4 years of spring and fall combined! However, as the other banders have said, things are very slow, and I haven't caught much after 8am any day this week.
