I was able to return to Cherry Creek after a couple of appointments. After seeing and photographing the juvi jaeger, I believe like Joe Roller, it is a Parasitic Jaeger. It has no 'double flash', is warm brown and has a nail about 1/3 the length of the thin bill. Bird is actively chasing gulls. Several birders viewing it from the lake loop.
