Several of us just viewed the PAJA between Lake Loop and Smoky Hill picnic area. Loafing about halfway between.
Golden brown color and lighter bill with dark nail at end third were visible, as were white under-wing streaks during short flight. Hanging near slanting bouy.
Light is much better from Lake Loop point.
