[cobirds] Light morph red-tailed hawk at RM Arsenal, Adams County

A few minutes ago Tim & I spotted a red-tailed hawk sitting on a pole, then soaring, at 64th & Havana Street on the Rocky Mt. Arsenal NWR. The tail was quite red, but there was no visible belly band, and its back was extensively streaked with white. Its head was pale, and the patagial bar was barely visible. Krider's morph?  The rest of the Arsenal had few ducks, but one hooded merganser has arrived. There were over 30 meadowlarks.
