[cobirds] Wash Park Scoter questions?

Good morning,

I was at WashPark this morning about 8:30, and didn't find the scoter.

Three questions:

1) When have folks seen the bird? Morning or afternoon or ???
2) Sex/plumage?
3) Is it more likely to hang out with the rafts of buffleheads, the mallards, or is it a loner?
