[cobirds] Harlan's Red-tailed Hawk in Canon City (late report)

I also spotted a Harlan's Red-tailed Hawk last Friday while I was watching the Sandhill Crane family I posted about over the week-end.  Then life happened (including a sick pup) and I haven't had time to post about it.  Interestingly it took off on the same thermal as the Sandhill Crane family.  They all appear to have used this thermal to gain altitude to fly away from this area as I have not refound any of them.  I got photos of the hawk including one of it on the thermal with the cranes that I have uploaded to my Birds and Nature blog.
