[cobirds] Cinnamon Teal; Dark-phase Red-tail, Boulder County

On today's weekly Boulder Bird Club trip, we found a pair of Cinnamon Teal at Cottonwood and a very striking uniformly dark hawk with a whitish tail ending in a narrow, well-defined black band in the trees bordering Dodd Reservoir, presumably a first year dark phase Red-tail.
