[cobirds] Rare birds on private property

There have been several reports of birds that could be listed on the Rare Bird Alert lately.
But they have been located on private property.  If you are willing to list the birds on the
RBA please indicate so in your post and provide some details.  Otherwise, I assume you are just informing the list
that the bird visited your yard.  If I need more details for the RBA I will contact you.  The general rule for listing a bird on the RBA that has been seen on private property is that we need the property owners permission.  If you indicate that birders are welcome, then I will take that as being an okay to list on the RBA.

Good Birding,
