First reported by Kellie Matthew's in her yard. Refound by many others. I did not speak with her, but others at the site indicated she permitted them to watch from just inside the gate in the backyard that backs to 30th street here 40.047617,-105.254909, with directions to stay close to the fence in the rocked corner of the yard. Be sure to shut the gate when you leave. Bird has been seen on the feeders between the apple tree and feeder. I do not know acceptable hours to visit. Just leaving now after seeing the bird a few minutes ago.
Thanks,
