[cobirds] dark avocet, Boulder Co., Day 25

Hey, all.

The dark American Avocet continues to make the rounds in eastern Boulder Co.

Here she is on day 25, today, Wed., May 18, at Waneka Lake, Boulder Co.:

And here, by way of reminder, is what she looked like back on day 1, Sun., Apr. 24, at nearby Hecla Pond, Boulder Co.:

I think we can be more sanguine about this bird's prospects today than back in April.
