Hi, all,
Juvenile and female hummers are swarming the yard and frying my brain. My long-standing approach has been the same head-in-the-sand approach I take to gull ID , but I've finally come to the conclusion that I need a good book on hummingbird ID, especially No American birds, and focused on juveniles and females. I'll need a picture book, please, but full-on comprehensive and detailed, please. Sibleys and Cornell not enough.
Thanks in advance for any reference recommendation.
