[cobirds] Lamar (Prowers) of late

Migration has been trickling along. It was still over 100 degrees yesterday. I have been to LCC on both 9/14 and 9/18. Highlights were 3 warbler species (Wilson's in small #s, orange-crowns in very small #s, and 1 yellow-rump), 1 warbling vireo, 1 plumbeous vireo, Hammond's flycatcher, northern cardinal, black-headed grosbeak, willow flycatcher. Is it late or not happening?

Over 100 bikers in the "Pedal The Plains" bike event had their pictures taken with "Merle", the Oklahoma Brown Tarantula last Sunday.
