---On May 15 at Mitchek Ranch (Private), Glenn Walbek found and photographed a GOLDEN-CROWNED WARBLER which is visible from CR 9 about ½ mile south of the Kit Carson/Cheyenne county line. It has been seen by several birders on May 16-17. GOLDEN-CROWNED WARBLER would be a new state record if accept. It is very rare outside of south Texas.
