[cobirds] Jefferson County, RED CROSSBILL and other species at Genesee Mountain Park

Cobirders: All winter and spring has been an irruptive time for the RED CROSSBILL at Genesee Park (I-70, Exit 254, south side of highway 2 miles to Group Picnic area and Flagpole). Today we witnessed one adult male feeding one young.  Listen for them, and perhaps you will see them in flight or feeding in Ponderosa Pine or other trees here at 8000+ feet. I've seen them every day this spring that I am in the Park.
