[cobirds] Posts to COBirds should have a signature line, please

Dear COBirders,

Please make sure that when you post to the list you include your signature line with your full name, city, and state. Anonymous messages are not permitted on COBirds. This is a courtesy to all readers to know who is posting, and even if your name is in your email address, sometimes posts come from someone other than the name in the address.
