A Willow Flycatcher was along Massey Draw in Ken Caryl Valley below my home in the same spot as the recent Prairie Warbler.
-- A male Great-tailed Grackle was along Ken Caryl Avenue near Estes, a short way east of Kipling, Littleton.
An adult Golden Eagle seemed out of place flying north over suburbia flying at Mineral x Platte Canyon in Littleton, complete with a train of mobbing Red-wingeds and crows,
And my favorite for the day, as I was on the porch sipping wine and watching the moon rise, a Virginia Rail began to give "tick-et" calls from the marshy area of Massey Draw below my home. #156 for the yard list.
