[cobirds] Gulls at Cherry Creek (Arapahoe) this morning

Greetings All

This morning there were only about 400 gulls at Cherry Creek at sunrise, but that group included

1 first year GLAUCOUS-WINGED GULL

3 GLAUCOUS GULLS

2 LBB GULLS

6 THAYER'S GULLS

and a first year Thiceland Gull (that is, a bird in between Iceland and Thayer's Gull; whether such birds are hybrids or variants of one species or the other is unclear). Note that this bird IS NOT the second year Iceland Gull seen at Cherry Creek by Glenn Walbek

Aurora Reservoir, on the other hand, was essentially a GFZ (Gull-Free Zone)
