[cobirds] Re: Say's Phoebe at Littleton, Arapahoe

The SAY'S PHOEBE just returned to the same perch near the pastoral office at St. Mary, only to be displaced by a Townsend's Solitaire. I think the Solitaire was saying, "Hey, look around! Can't you see it is still winter here?"

This morning I was surprised to see a SAY'S PHOEBE perched atop a tree beside the pastoral office at St. Mary Church on South Prince St in Littleton. After a while it flew to adjacent Lee Gulch. I wonder if this might be an early migrant (vs. wintering in general area).

Late yesterday afternoon a ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK passing over the Cooley Lake area at South Platte Park seemed a bit out of place.
