[cobirds] Huerfano County Update: Varied Thrush persists! Harris's Sparrow

Had the pleasure of taking Lisa Edwards and Brandon Percival to see La Veta's lovely Varied Thrush this morning. It was fun catching up with them. Brandon spotted a Harris's Sparrow very shortly thereafter. It was great having both birds in the same binocular view!

The homeowners are still welcoming guests by appointment.  I am taking a local birder over on Saturday morning. We will meet at the park in La Veta a little before 8:30 a.m. If anyone is interested, just let me know.
