Hi all
Black-crowned Night-Heron, an adult roosting in our backyard in the afternoon was perhaps the highlight!
Evening Grosbeaks are back at our feeders too, and our Pinyon Jays have returned multiple times today (first time in weeks!)
Spring Park reservoir – made a couple of quick trips up to the res to check out the action. Combined highlights:
Purple Martins 2
White-throated Swifts several
Peregrine 1
Bald Eagle 1
Common Loon 2, alternate
Willet 1
Wilson’s Phalarope 8
peep spp 1
Ring-billed Gull 4
House Wrens have arrived
Vesper Sparrow
Black-throated Gray Warbler – El Jebel road by the steep section
