[cobirds] RMBO Banding at Chico Basin Ranch, El Paso Co.

Banding totals for the first half of the third week of banding at Chico Basin Ranch follow.  Off to a slow start, though today likely would have been a high day if the much-needed rain hadn't closed us down.  No complaints!
